The Zèfir trio, composed of Elena Sentís (transverse flute), Eduard Miralles (clarinet) and Marta Casas (Guitar), presents his show "M“music with popular roots” tracing a route through Brazil, Argentina, Italy, Spain, Eastern Europe, also passing through Catalonia, presenting a selection of compositions inspired by the popular dances of these territories.

Classical music composers have often been inspired by music of popular origin and have often based their compositions on traditional dances from their country. Thus, in central and southern Europe, popular, salon and court music, such as polaccas, mazurkas, minuets, polkas, pavans, chottisches, etc., served as inspiration and were transferred to other more "cultured" music; waltzes have their origins in the German ländler; Piazzolla's tango fuses classical music with jazz and folklore.
