Image use policy at events

By purchasing a ticket and attending any of the events organized by Mediterranean Guitar Festival, the attendee expressly and freely authorizes the capture, reproduction, and dissemination of their image and/or voice through photographs, video and/or audio recordings made during the event.

Such images and recordings may be used in:

• The official social media of the festival.
  
• The official website.
  
• Promotional, advertising, or informational material related to the festival.
  

This authorization is granted without territorial or temporal limitation, and without generating any right to financial compensation for the attendee.

If the attendee does not wish to appear in such material, they must notify the organization in advance, which will take reasonable measures to accommodate the request.
