Ticket and refund policies

The resale of any ticket without the prior express authorization of Mediterranean Guitar Festival is prohibited. Unauthorized resale of any ticket voids all rights associated with it, including the right to attend the concert or show in question, without refund of the amount paid for the ticket. Mediterranean Guitar Festival does not guarantee the authenticity of any ticket not purchased through the official sales channels indicated in the official advertising of the event made by Mediterranean Guitar Festival. Possessing a complete ticket in good condition entitles the holder only to attend and view the show to which it refers, provided that the holder complies with these conditions, the venue rules, and any other special condition that Mediterranean Guitar Festival may reasonably modify or add for security reasons or due to the particular nature of the event or venue, in which case such changes will be communicated to the public through appropriate channels. The holder authorizes Mediterranean Guitar Festival, in accordance with the Law, to conduct inspections or searches of their person and belongings to verify compliance with safety conditions.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before the event.
